Purchased a gas fireplace with Omega and was vey satisfied. Their pricing was very competitive, and their installation was first rate, with the installer ensuring my complete understanding of all aspects of the device. Great service at a good price.

We had two gas inserts installed by Omega Flames and are extremely pleased with the end result. Ian Stone and his team let us through the decision making process on what we should get and how the install should be done. Everyone who came into our home was top drawer. Highly competent, polite and on time. They treated our home with respect. The product installed is as advertised and we are very happy with the end result

Many Thanks for your professionalism that has resulted in a great end result and experience

Omega flames helped me create my vision of my dream fireplace! Vito, my sales representative from Omega Mantel went beyond my expectations to design my vision. It was a difficult job since I had a narrow spot for it. I was just about to give up on my goal after much research and failure to get my perfect fireplace. I am most grateful for the product and the service and the partnership between Omega Mantel and Omega Flames
Many thanks Vito and staff of Omega Flames!

Ian and his team are amazing! He is very knowledgable ,efficient and caring. He helped us pick the fireboxes one by one, giving detailed information on each of them, trying to sell the best ones that caters our needs rather than the most expensive ones.He was always punctual, he delivered the fireboxes timely .He replied our emails and questions promptly, and solved the problems we encountered on the way very professionally .I recommend him to everyone and if I ever need to buy fireboxes again, I would look nowhere else, I would go to Omega flames without any hesitation .Thank you so much
